How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days across the United States. This includes 1–2 days for processing and 4–6 days for shipping, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to view real-time updates.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we deliver within the United States only, but we plan to expand internationally soon.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $12 on all U.S. orders for secure, trackable delivery.

What if I entered the wrong address?
If you made an error during checkout, contact us immediately at info@timeron.store. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it for you. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we can’t modify the address.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. For complete details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do I start a return?
Send an email to info@timeron.store with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. You may return your order (if eligible) and place a new one for the item you want instead.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely through Stripe, which supports all major credit and debit cards — including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe’s encrypted gateway, ensuring your data stays fully protected during checkout.

When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment is processed immediately once your order is confirmed at checkout.

My payment didn’t go through what should I do?
Check that your card details, billing address, and available funds are correct. If the issue persists, contact your card provider or email info@timeron.store for help.

How do I care for my watch?
Wipe your watch gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid exposure to chemicals, strong magnetic fields, or extreme temperatures.
When not in use, store your watch in its original box.

Are Timeron watches unisex?
Yes, every Timeron design is made to suit both men and women, offering timeless versatility and style.
