  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days in total

Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes (if any) are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.

Incorrect Address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur additional reshipping fees.

Address Modification

You may request an address change within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting  info@timeron.store.
After processing begins, we cannot modify shipping details.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing  info@timeron.store.
After the order enters processing or ships, cancellations will no longer be accepted. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@timeron.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the investigation confirms the issue.
