Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify, all returned items must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Include all tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Items showing signs of use, wear, or physical damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at info@timeron.store with the following details:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. Product name or SKU
  3. Clear photos showing the item’s condition
  4. A short explanation of the reason for return

Our team will review your request and respond with step-by-step instructions for processing your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions.

Please note: We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Return Method

All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.
We recommend keeping your tracking number and proof of postage until your return has been confirmed as received.

Damages and Issues / Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@timeron.store within 7 days of delivery.
We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality control and authenticity protection, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Watches that have been worn, used, adjusted, or resized after delivery.
  • Timepieces showing signs of wear, scratches, or strap alteration (including removal of protective films or tags).
  • Products missing original packaging, such as the branded box, manuals, or included accessories.
  • Customized or engraved watches, if offered at checkout.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within the 30-day window, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.
  2. Contact your credit card company it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact info@timeron.store and we’ll assist you.
